About the role
Nouvells is seeking a Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist) to contribute specialized talent sourcing and candidate assessment expertise to an enterprise project. In this role, you will apply your talent acquisition skills to help in shaping how models evaluate, screen, and select top-tier candidates through high quality, real-world input. You will leverage advanced sourcing strategies, conduct structured resume screenings and interview evaluations, analyze dynamic job markets, and engage prospective talent using consultative techniques. No prior artificial intelligence background is required your practical experience in sourcing, screening, and talent assessment is what matters.
Key responsibilities
- Leverage advanced candidate sourcing strategies across diverse platforms and talent pools to identify qualified professionals
- Screen and evaluate resumes to rigorously assess alignment against project-specific requirements and rubrics.
- Facilitate structured interview processes and deliver actionable insights to optimize candidate selection models
- Research and analyze dynamic job markets to inform project decisions, adapt candidate profiles, and optimize resource allocation.
- Utilize persuasive communication and consultative sales skills to engage and activate prospective contributors.
