About the role
Nouvells is engaging AI Agent Power Users to contribute to an enterprise AI training project with a leading partner. In this role, you will apply your operational expertise to train next generation AI systems by running complex, multi-step business scenarios using frontier AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs, build or apply QA scorecards, and connect models to active workplace platforms to mirror authentic professional environments. No prior specialized AI engineering background is required your practical domain experience and daily hands-on workflow mastery with AI tools drive the work.
Key responsibilities
- Run multi-step, realistic business scenarios using AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) that reflect genuine professional workflows.
- Meticulously document each step, highlighting where AI performance aligns with or diverges from real business needs
- Grade and score AI-generated outputs to provide actionable feedback for research and product teams
- Identify recurring patterns, strengths, weaknesses, and process improvement opportunities in AI behavior.
