About the role
Nouvells is seeking a Mechanical & Systems Engineering Lead to evaluate mechanical design documentation, CAD model specifications, structural stress analysis reports, and manufacturing process plans. In this role, you will audit 3D CAD assemblies, evaluate finite element analysis (FEA) simulations, review bill of materials (BOM) structures, and benchmark mechanical testing protocols. You will assess whether engineering designs conform to physical manufacturing standards, GD&T tolerances, and material performance constraints. No prior software engineering background is required your mechanical engineering degree, CAD/FEA mastery, and physical design experience drive the work.
