Corporate Learning & Enablement Strategist

About the role

Nouvells is seeking a Corporate Learning & Enablement Strategist to evaluate enterprise training programs, workforce onboarding playbooks, skill competency frameworks, and employee development guides. In this role, you will audit corporate training modules, evaluate employee skill gap assessments, review leadership development materials, and benchmark training ROI evaluation models (Kirkpatrick Model). You will evaluate how corporate learning initiatives translate into measurable workplace performance. No prior artificial intelligence background is required your corporate L&D experience, training facilitation background, and enablement architecture skills drive the work.
