About the role
Nouvells is seeking a Career Coach to contribute specialized expertise to professional and career development initiatives. In this role, you will participate in realistic one on one career coaching sessions with other professionals, simulating real-world scenarios across job searches, career transitions, and professional development. Your interactions will establish baseline standards for natural, effective coaching techniques. No prior artificial intelligence background is required your domain knowledge, active listening, and counseling experience drive the work.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in realistic, paired one on one career coaching conversations with other professionals
- Conduct structured interactions covering career planning, job searches, interview preparation, workplace challenges, and career transitions.
- Demonstrate strong active listening, strategic questioning, and interpersonal skills tailored to diverse professional backgrounds and career goals.
