About the role
Nouvells is seeking an IT Support & System Administrator Specialist to evaluate IT troubleshooting workflows, identity administration tasks, and user ticket resolution logic. In this role, you will audit, structure, and refine complex IT support scenarios involving enterprise directory services, SaaS administration (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), device management (MDM), and network troubleshooting.
